I've successfully installed MRTG + RRD, and have router2.cgi working as the front end, running on a Windows 2003 server. For the most part, everything is set up by the "defaults" (i.e. collecting every 5 minutes, didn't tweak any of the rrd sizes, seperate config files for each device, MRTG is running as a service). It's been cheerfully collecting data now for a couple of weeks, and on the whole, it has been working great.
One thing I've noticed, however, is when I look at my weekly graphs, it only shows the past 3-4 days of traffic. Shouldn't show the last 7 days? Am I missing a config file "tweak", or are my rrd files too small? If my rrd files are too small, is there an easy way to grow them?
A question concerning the monthly graphs: it labels the "x axis" with text like "Week 13" "Week 14" etc ... is there a way for it to show the date for the week? i.e. "Week 14" = "April 10/05"?Statistics: Posted by Fulcrum — Wed Apr 13, 2005 9:53 am
