The biggest issue with the Nagios agent at the moment, though, is supporting UTF8 encaded characters as it is currently ASCII-only.

I have just downloaded the event log agent and am using it with nagios. So far it is working great. However, I don't quite understand the concept of prioritizing the filters and I'm hoping that somesome can shed some light or provide a theoretical example of prioritizing?
