Here's an idea; place these plans into a single blueprint file, then write a new plan that uses these to create the whole thing in a random fashion.
You can make it drill down a random distance, and randomly extend passages fro mthe sides for a random distance... of course you can call the shaft plan multiple times at different rotations so that there is no need for more than one click to build.
For an example of something similar, take a look at the 'dome' blueprint (which uses 4 copies of the quarter-dome plan at rotation), or at the 'tower' plan (which builds a randomly high tower with randomised contents).
