Hi, I have installed the mrtg bundle 2.1.0 it works very well, I have tested it on one router, now that particular router has 4-5 interfaces, but i want MRTG to monitor only say 2 out of the 5 interfaces, Any suggestions on how to do it? |

Simple. If you dont want MRTG to monitor a given interface, then just comment out the appropriate lines in the cfg file. If using cfgmaker to generate the file, you can use the options to cfgmaker to select which interfaces to graph. |

Yes, very straightforward. The majority of mine have 2 interfaces, probably more common? Nut I do have a router with three interfaces and want to only monitor two - this works like a charm! |

Can I make this edit/change to my cfg file as much as I need, or can I only do it once the first time? |

You can manually modify the cfg file as often as you like. Note that your changes will be removed if you auto-generate the file again, though. |
