She's a ripoff of the main protagonist in 'Pretty Face', or at least, is drawn similarly. Any other similarities are purely coincidental.
Q. Can I use the graphics for (insert purpose here)?
I don't mind you drawing someone like her (since I already copied someone else's style), but if you want to use this actual image, then please ask first. I'll probably say yes, as long as it's not for something perverted (poor Tsukki-chan is too easily led, I need to help protect her morals).
Q. Can I have a copy of the source code for the CGI script?
