Somehow, it has your rrdtool executable defined as being "\r" (a carriage return).
When you installed trend.cgi, did you define the path to the rrdtool executable at the beginning? Alternatively, did you define it in the [trend.cgi] section of your routers2.conf file?
Make sure that you have the correct path name for the executable. Also, check for the old DOS/UNIX problem of lines terminated by ^M on a UNIX box.
