Have you looked at the verify page? This is reached from the information page, or by giving the URL of
/cgi-bin/routers2.cgi?page=verify

Now, see if the device file is listed. If not, then it is probably not included in the cfgfiles and confpath definitions. If it is there, see if it is listed as being suppressed, or not having any valid Targets. It should tell yuo what the reason for not shoing it is, if this is the case.

I suspect that the filename is not included in the cfgfiles definition?
