The short answer is 'not yet'. Its in the wishlist but there are a couple of issues with doing it and how to implement it.
The longer answer is that you can set the ifdefault option in the routers2.conf to change how the default is calculated.
Normally, it goes for the first interface when ordered by the ifsort sequence. You can specify other rules (see the routers2.conf comments for the options).
In the future, there will probably be a 'routers.cgi*Options[]: default' option added.
