This should work, unless you have something else which overrides it. Check you dont have 'routers.cgi*Options[_]: scaled' in the cfg file anywhere.

I'll try and test this here today.

It works for me here in my tests.... I've tried setting the UnScaled option and it correctly fixes the graph to max at the MaxBytes value. This is with 2.18b3 but there are no relevant changes between that and 2.17 that I can see.

Can you send me a copy of the generated graph image, a copy of the complete .cfg file, including any Include: files (obfuscate the cummunity strings and anything sensitive if you need to)? Also, it may be helpful to have a copy of the XML dump of the .rrd file in question, as well, so I can do a complete test on the same data.
