The old, old bug where the time popup did not work correctly when the graph frame was scrolled has been fixed!
I think.
This is in v2.19beta1 since testing requires so many different browsers to be checked and it was too late to include into 2.18. It has always worked in everything other than Internet Explorer (what a surprise) and I've finally found a way to make the javascript work under IE6. Anyone really suffering from this or who wants to test with an obscure browser can email me for a 2.19beta.
