A new group will only appear when you have:
1. enabled group=yes in the routers2.conf 2. created a .cfg file in the appropriate new group directory 3. made sure the cfgfiles directive actually includes the contents of this subdirectory, eg cfgfiles=*/*.cfg
If you add the line in the targetnames section it will override the default name of the group (the directory name)
