not sure if this is a routers.cgi problem or an rrd problem. On one interface i monitor i get graphs like this: It's reading proper data on the memory used side but not graphing any data yet the free mem line is just fine. any ideas? |

Check your MaxBytes setting -- it may be that you have set it to 1000 when it should be set to 1024. So, when the received value is 1001 it is stored as 'unknown' (since it is out of bounds). This seems to occur only when the 'free' line is very low, which means the 'used' would be very high... so I think it is something to do with how you have configured your threshold in the RRD. Note that the Max on the 'used' is 999.94, although the corresponding 'free' line is not showing 0.06 -- more like about 25... Steve |

I'm at work at the moment -- I live in New Zealand, so we're 12 hours out of synch with Europe. Don't worry, I have plenty of time I spend with my lovely wife away from computers! |
