Post subject:  Graphs not updating

I just installed Open Inovation's MRTG Bundle on Windows. I added my Cisco 2600 series routers to the my routers.txt file and created the .cfg files. Those routers that have only two interfaces, fast ethernet and serial 0/0 are reporting data properly. One router has four interfaces, fast ethernet and serial 0/0 report data, serial 0/1:0 and serial 0/2:0 do not. I have tried uncommenting portions of the .cfg file, that allowed me to display the graphs for the serial 0/1:0 and serial 0/2:0 but I cannot figure out how to get the graphs to update.

The first two graphs on the router are reporting data, so I MRTG is working and updating the RRD files. The problem is in crafting a .cfg file for the VWIC-2MFT-T1 card that occupies the second slot on the router.

Attached is the portion of the .cfg file where I am experiencing the problem.

When I un-comment these interfaces, the graphs are created, but the data is not updated.

Dont forget you need to collect data for about 10 minutes before the graphs will start updating (depending on your xff setting in the rrd file).

You don't say if the MRTG process is producing any output (eg error messages). Usually, MRTG will produce useful output if it is failing to update a rrd for any reason. Run it interactively, or trap the stdout/stderr output to look at.

Try snmpwalk'ing the device in question to make sure the thing you are asking for actually exists, and has the correct name. These seem to have some backstrokes in them, so it might confuse MRTG a bit.
