Hi, I am running rrdtool and routers2.cgi for about 20 hours. everything works fine so far but, 1. the green bars on the compact summary page exceeds their scales (attached); what may be the problem, how can i fix it? 2. how can i adjust the scale to see consisten bars comparatively; for example 70Mbps green bar seems smaller than than 8 Mbps ; so i cannot compare by looking at the figures. Thanks... routers.cgi Version v2.22 |

I've never seen that before! Can you let me know which browser you are using? routers2 v2.22 uses stylesheets to make the bar graphs. It is possible that your browser is handling these is an unexpected way. The bars are always displayed as percentages of the configured max value, not as the actual value (since there would be no way to work out what scale to use in that case). If you want to se actual values of multiple Targets, then consider creating a UserDefined graph to combine the multiple Targets, then you can see all of them on the same graph using the same scale. |

Also -- can you tell me the values and maxbytes for the ones that go outside the box? It is possible, if you have set AbsMax > MaxBytes, that the value can exceed 100%. I've never tested for this situation, though, so I don't know what would happen... that may be what is going on here, but I can't read the numbers in your screenshot to see what the percentages are for the overly-long green bars. |
