You have a different format for the file (look at the heading line - the order of fields is changed). This must be a change for v3.0.

I will make the code more intelligent (it will have to parse the headings... sigh) and post a new version. At the moment it uses a field count to identify the 2 different versions I was aware of.

I've been running the modified version here for a bit (things were held up for a week by 'real' work) and things are looking OK, although I've not rolled it out to more than one place.

Version 2.3 (with these changes) is now up on the nagiosexchange.org website, please let me know...
