You can download a copy of the editor from here:http://www.steveshipway.org/software/weatherman-3.5.zip
This requires Perl, and the perl HTTPS libraries (if you want to run the editor over https). It will run under Windows or X. It requires a helper CGI to be installed on the server which has the Weathermap application, which also needs to be configured.
You can obtain the Weathermap software from http://www.network-weathermap.com/
The weatherman package also includes the Nagios plugin for Weathermap, to allow Weathermap to pull status data from a remote or local Nagios server.
