Hi!

Can someone tell med how a can test if mod_perl is workning before a change cache value in routers2.conf?

I believe there is a perl module -- something like Apache::Modperl -- that you can use, and it includes a test for if mod_perl is active. Write a small test cgi script using it? I know that the same sort of thing exists for speedycgi testing.

If I get time (unlikely, with new baby imminent) then I'll see if I can hook these test into the verify page in routers2 before finally releasing 2.16
