hm, I do not understand the handling of timezones. I am currently testing with the "Timezone[foobar]: Country" code and I think it is swapped between + and -, because countries that sit "on the right" of mine should have an hour more than mine and not less.
Another point:
In the routers2.conf you say:
"In hours relative to GMT/UCT.
eg, Parts of US
timezone = 5
eg, Denmark
timezone = -1"
But this exactly wrong since denmark is +1 and parts of the US are -5. (And I think it must be "UTC" and not "UCT"

)
Or do I misunderstand something?
