						 When you configure the CGI, you need to tell it where the various things are on your system.  This includes the URL for the Nagios cmd.cgi (though the default for this is usually correct).
  You can run the cronjob as the Nagios user (preferred) or as root, as long as the user it runs as has appropriate rights to read the necessary files and to write to the command pipe.
  You must be sure that your Nagios is configured to process external commands in the nagios.cfg !
