You will need to write a script to retrieve this page, and parse out the appropriate lines, and convert them to a number that can be returned to MRTG. You will then need to define a Target in MRTG that uses option 'gauge' and calls this script as a data collection plugin, rather than using SNMP.
You can use any language for your script - shell, perl, etc - as long as it is on your system and available from the mrtg process.
