The Open Innovations bundle installs to a non-standard location -- however v2.16beta is now more aware of Open Innovations and can spot the bundle install. You'll probably note that they use a non-standard name for the routers2.cgi script, as well.
The 'wwwroot' is the directory which contains the rrdicons directory and the graphs directory. Under Open Innovations, I think this is C:\mrtg\wwwroot (and this is the same as the CGI directory).
