I just tried the previous link, and GD.ppd does indeed appear to be there and availble. I suggest you try to download it again, maybe the site was temporarily offline. This might solve the problem?

I am unclear why routers.cgi would have problems with the GD library, when it appears to be already installed. The only thing I can think of is that you have an older version that is GIF-only. Try to put 'png = 0' in the routers2.conf and see if this corrects the problem.
