Due to Microsoft's incorrectly support of certain JavaScript standards, the time popup in routers2 now no longer works correctly in IE7.
Specifically, if the graph frame is scrolled, then the popup is done relative to the frame, not to the page, although the trigger is done relative to the image (which scrolls with the page, so relative to the page).
It still works correctly in previous versions of IE, in FireFox, and in AvantBrowser.
I'm trying to find a workaround. This is because in IE7 the parent of the image (with respect to offsets) is the frame, but in everything else, the parent of the image is the page.
