I've implemented %IFNO%, %GRAPHURL% and %MAXBYTES% for testing. I cant see what you could use %GRAPHURL% for, though.

Sorry, had to rush to the UK to meet up with terminally ill father so cannot work on getting next beta released as I had wished. Blame it on the tobacco companies who provided the means for him to do this to himself. The other thing in the pipeline is secondary-axis support (requires RRDTool 1.3.4 or later) which is very much untested at the moment but will have to wait for a couple more months now
