How will i get cpu utilization report of network device , I am getting properly of link bandwidth detail

How to get this depends in part on the device you are monitoring and how the manufacturer has chosen to make this information available.

If it is a Cisco device then the CPU OID is well known, and a template for this exists in the template archive:
viewtopic.php?f=34&t=1612

Otherwise you will need to check the device documentation and see if it specifies the necessary OID.
