Hi there. I've installed mrtg on Windows and it works fine for monitoring the UPS we have using the default monitor for traffic. However, I have a temperature sensor on this UPS and I would like to monitor the temp. in a graph for weeks, months, etc.

I have the OID but when I try to put that in it gives errors starting up mrtg. Can anyone tell me how to configure this so that I can get a graph of the temperature according to the sensor?

The OID for the actual temperature is: .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.3.2.1.4

I tried something like: Target[192.168.1.12_1]: 1:1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.3.2.1.4:public@192.168.1.12:

but that didn't work. What syntax should I be using with the OID just to get that one reading every five minutes for the UPS?

You have MaxBytes defined for the [probe-temp-0] target, but not for the [10.10.0.253_2] target (and you dont even have a Target definition for this target either)

Try adding a .0 on the end of the OID, to make 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.3.2.1.4.0
