This indicates that there is no data being storedin the RRD files, so the Routers2 cannot display anything.
Check that the date on the RRD files is changing -- IE, the last update time is changing, indicating that MRTG is running. If it is not changing, you may have problems with your MRTG process not running or your scheduler not working.
If the file is updating, but storing zeros, then check your SNMP is working. Maybe the MRTG system does not have the correct SNMP details or community string? Maybe a firewall or ACL is blocking your query? Use snmpwalk (or similar to test connectivity).
Check the log file for MRTG (this may be in the eventlog in Windows) and see if any errors are being logged. Try running MRTG interactively from the command line to see if it give any helpful error messages.
