This means that the script cannot find your RDTool perl library in the default locations.
You should make sure you have installed the RRDs perl library, preferably under the Perl site_lib path. Alternatively, make sure you have the LibPath specified in your .cfg files to give where the .pm module is kept.
When you installed RRDTool, you should try to get the Perl libraries installed under your Perl path. Under UNIX, to do this you use 'make site_perl'
