There sort of is.

I have a SPEC file for building a routers2 rpm, under the assumption that you have the RedHat MRTG, RRDTool, Perl, Apache and perl-rrdtool packages, plus there is an additional 'glue' rpm that contains the necessary bits to make the Redhat MRTG work with RRDTool correctly.

Sadly it is a bit of a kludge as it doesnt do a true install from the shipped package but instead simply copies things from a preinstalled area.

I'm not sure if this would help you much... the RPMs are downloadable from the normal website, though.

When you say normal site, do your mean the RPMs site?
