Check the first line of the script. It looks as if something is being called with incorrect options.
If this doesn't reveal anything wrong, then check your version of Perl, and your version of the RRD perl libraries you have installed (maybe they are too old?). Try re-installing the RRD perl libraries on the new system.
Finally, it might be a good idea to upgrade your routers.cgi -- we're on v2.15 at the moment (and servers.cgi is even older -- it's been merged into routers.cgi for a long time)
